Customer Experience Support Specialist

Schroders Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will provide exceptional customer service to our financial advisors and end-consumers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing first-point-of-contact support to customers via phone, email, or cases.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our platform offerings within the financial services industry.
  • Ensuring accurate data review and maintenance.
  • Improving customer satisfaction through targeted Service Level Agreements.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer calls with excellent communication skills.
  • GCSEs in maths and English, with a minimum of 5 qualifications.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per year.
