Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Support Executive / Account Manager. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for re-engaging with existing clients, handling sales enquiries, and providing essential administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Re-engage with Existing Clients: Contact previous customers who have purchased from us in the last 12 months, offering incentives and fostering ongoing relationships.
• Handle Sales Enquiries: Manage internal sales enquiries, ensuring they are addressed efficiently or escalated to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Support the Sales Team: Provide essential administrative support to the sales department and management, ensuring smooth operations.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Use your exceptional phone manner to assist customers, addressing their queries and supporting them in making informed decisions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive and supportive approach to both clients and colleagues.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable) and an annual bonus of £2,000. You will also enjoy 25 days holiday, free on-site parking, and a pension scheme.
