**The base**
You'll be based at our Schroders Campus near Horsham in West Sussex.

**Role Overview**:
As an HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience. From onboarding new talent to assisting in HR initiatives, your dedication will directly impact our company's growth and employee satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to company culture. Handle offboarding tasks sensitively and efficiently
- **HR Administration**:Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and generate HR reports. Assist in HR audits and compliance activities
- **Employee Support**:Be a go-to resource for employees' HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures
- **Training and Development**:Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops to enhance employees' skills and career growth
- **Event Coordination**:Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
- **HR Projects**:Participate in various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and process improvement projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- A positive and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
