Working Environment: Hybrid working, up to 2 days working from home after successful completion of probation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:
Collect, review, and input timekeeping information into the payroll system.

Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll cycles accurately and in a timely manner.

Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, overtime, and other payroll-related transactions.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll and taxes.

**Data Maintenance and Accuracy**:
Maintain and update employee payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure consistency and integrity.

Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.

**Compliance**:
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Ensure all payroll practices align with federal, state, and local laws.

Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as required.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to obtain necessary payroll information.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.

Communicate effectively with external agencies, such as tax authorities or auditors.

**Recordkeeping**:
Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for auditing purposes.

Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office Suite. Preferably SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
