Payroll and Accounting Assistant

The finance team provides excellent service to the organisation and customers, and strong financial controls and accurate records are essential. You will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Assistant who can provide exceptional support to the finance team. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices and ensuring accurate transactions and approvals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable work
- Confident in using MS Office suite and financial software packages
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
