**The opportunity**

The Global Compensation and Benefits Assistant will assist the Global Compensation and Benefits team in administering and managing compensation and benefits programs for employees across multiple locations.

**Role responsibilities**

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Support the development and administration of the global reward strategy.
- Answer all compensation and benefits related queries (e.g., payroll, retirement plans, incentive compensation, global benefits, etc.).
- Support the administration of annual bonus and merit review processes.
- Assist with processing payrolls for all locations.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team and reward team to assist with the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives, including bonus schemes, incentive programs and employee recognition programs.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, People Services, etc.)
- Assist with annual preparation of local tax forms and fillings (e.g., P11D, P60, 401k, 1095, etc.).
- Provide market data for a variety of audits, salary surveys and job evaluations.
- Support annual renewals and processes related to benefits and associated programs.
- Administer and maintain the reward and recognition platform.
- Maintain all benefits summaries and disseminate information to internal teams.

**Do you have what we are looking for?**

Skills & expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degree in business administration, human resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of global compensation and benefits experience required.
- Experience with ADP and Sage preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically excel with the ability to manage large data sets.
- Good understanding of HR/Payroll interfaces and how to handle pay, bonus and pension related queries.
- Strong understanding of US and UK pay and benefits processes (e.g., tax rates, tax codes, NI & statutory calculations, pension AE, 401k, etc.).
- Strong understanding of international payroll and relevant tax and payroll laws.
- Good understanding of reward and recognition platforms, payroll platforms, merit reviews and bonus processes.
