**The opportunity**
We are seeking a Global People Services Team Leader to join our exceptional HR team. In this role, you will lead a team of HR Coordinators and Generalists who provide HR services to employees across multiple locations globally.
As a Global Services Team Leader at Envision Pharma Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring policies and procedures remain updated and streamlined. You will provide guidance and support to employees and managers, provide coaching to your team, and collaborate with the wider HR function to develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives.
**Role responsibilities**
How will you make an impact in this great role?
- Lead and motivate the People Services team in the delivery of HR related information for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
- Manage, streamline, and implement people related processes related to EPG policy and employment legislation changes.
- Work with the Global HR Operations Director to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements for the People Services team.
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities to make the department more efficient, in collaboration with colleagues across the HR function.
- Lead the continuous monitoring of employment legislation changes and associated codes of practice, ensuring these are integrated as appropriate into employment policies.
- Liaise with third parties where necessary, for example, company lawyers and benefits providers.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partnering team in the creation and delivery of Team Member and Manager toolkits.
- Deliver professional guidance and advice to management and staff on interpretation of policies, conditions of employment and other nonroutine issues.
- Work with the Global HR Operations Director on conducting regular compliance audits to ensure the integrity of employee information.
- Participate in strategic projects across the company, either taking the lead, or as part of a multifunction team.

Skills & expertise
- Significant experience of delivering generalist HR services in global organisations, preferably in a shared services model.
- Demonstrable people management experience, with the ability to coach and motivate staff in a fastmoving environment.
- Knowledge of global HR principles and practices.
- Experience in the redevelopment of HR processes using lean principles.
- Effective prioritisation and project management skills.
- Knowledge of management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including preparation of reports and presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation.
