**Service Desk Team Leader**

**37 Hours Per Week**

**Circa £40,000 per annum**

You and your team will serve as the face of IT, providing responsive and customer-focused support that instils trust and confidence in our services. Your primary objective will be to lead your team in delivering an excellent IT service, prioritising customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Acting as a point of escalation, you'll provide technical guidance and support to your team, ensuring that all queries are addressed within our agreed SLAs.

You will be dedicated to continuous improvement, and constantly seeking ways to enhance our service desk offering and efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with third-party support providers and other IT stakeholders to ensure our processes and procedures are aligned with ITIL best practices. **To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Have previous experience successfully managing a team in an IT service desk environment
- Have strong customer service skills and be passionate about providing a great experience for our internal customers
- Be ITIL-certified
- Possess sound knowledge of, and experience providing support for, Office365 technologies SharePoint, Forms, Teams, PowerAutomate
- Have excellent analytical, problem solving and resource-management skills
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with our organisational values
