We are seeking a talented Payroll, Reward, and Data Administrator to join our team to support efficient processes, increasing company performance and profitability. In this role, you'll be the master of numbers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll by supporting the Payroll Manager and diving deep into data analysis. You'll join the People Team which includes the Data/Payroll and People Operations team, Talent team, and Sustainability.

**What you will be doing**

As the Data and Payroll Coordinator, your duties will include the following, but not limited to:

- **Data**
- Support the organisation and maintenance of employee data and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and optimising system functionalities.
- Assist in data-driven HR initiatives, such as employee surveys and workforce analytics.

**Payroll**
- Calculate and verify employee hours, deductions, and taxes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Supporting the Payroll Manager with Payroll processing
- Collaborate with the People Team to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations and recommend and support necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Support the end-to-end payroll processing with utmost precision and attention to detail.

**Reward Program**:

- Assist the total reward programmes and management to recognize and motivate our amazing employees.

**Compliance**
- Stay up to date with payroll and reward regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation and reports as requested.
- Collaborate with the People Team to ensure proper record-keeping and data security.

- Analytical skills with experience generating reports.
- Proven experience in either payroll processing, reward administration, or data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data, and ability to remain confidential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
