Team Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team - Projects / HR / Finance.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel,** PowerPoint, Share point, )
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Desired but not essential skills:
- Experience of using People HR
- Xero
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £25,200.00-£27,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
