Team Administrator

We are seeking a conscientious, reliable and well organised person to join our friendly team supporting people with learning disabilities to access healthcare across West Sussex.
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Service Lead and the staff within the team.
This is a part time role to job share with our existing administrator.

You will need to work collaboratively with the team lead, clinical staff and the staff within the team.
The following skills are essential to the role. Experience with databases such as systmone and/or be able to learn new IT systems easily. Competency with Microsoft systems and word processing. Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills. Maintenance of strict confidentiality.
