Purchasing Administrator

Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are looking to recruit a new Purchasing Administrator to join our sales and administation team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase order processing for bought in finished goods, consumables, raw materials and ad hoc business purchases.
- Work order processing.
- Track, review and maintain supplier deliveries.
- Produce reports and correspond with suppliers as needed to ensure product deliveries are on time and are quality expected.
- Work with the manufacturing team to expedite customer orders and ensure parts are delivered on time.
- Stock monitoring for repeat/stocked items.
- Pricing reviews on consumable parts.
- Maintaining and ranking of suppliers and upkeep of system.

**Assistance with the following during busy periods**:

- Sales order processing
- Production planning
- Goods inwards
- Quotations

Any other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist in the fulfilment of the Company’s objectives, commensurate with your salary grade, abilities and aptitudes. You will be expected to carry out your responsibilities with due regard to the Company’s policy, organisation and arrangements for Health and Safety at Work. Confidentiality is paramount in this role.

**Desired Experience**:

- Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Data inputting/processing
- Knowledge/experience of ERP systems
- Managing high volume of purchase orders and supplier deliveries
- Despatching/customs document knowledge
- High level of customer service experience/qualifications
- Team working environments in a fast-paced office

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Annual Leave: 25 Days holiday per year Plus Bank Holidays.

Private medical scheme after 3 months employment.

10 Days sick leave, rolling 12 months, after 3 months employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
