**PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR**
**Responsibilities**
- Support Purchasing Supervisor/Manager
- Sourcing of parts/components
- Ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirement’s
- Reporting
- Daily monitoring of stock levels
- Place orders on suppliers
- Expediting
- Negotiating cost reductions
- Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
**Skills and experience required**:
- Knowledge of SAP (HANA preferred)
- MCIPS Qualification preferred
- Excel skills
- Negotiation skills
- Languages - Italian or German an advantage
- Product knowledge in the hydraulics industry an advantage
Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
23 days holiday per year (1 day extra incremental every 5 years worked) plus statutory bank holidays

Company pension contributions in line with government legislation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,500.00-£29,250.00 per year
