About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the accounts office, you will play a crucial role in supporting key departments including production, sales, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process orders for materials and consumables, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and the smooth flow of orders.
  • Ensure all procurement data is accurate and orders are authorized in line with company procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team and other departments as needed.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing administration, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience supporting accounts teams with procurement processes.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and related software.

  • Monday-Thursday 8:15 am - 4:30 pm, with a 4:00 pm finish on Fridays.
