Electric Melting Services Co Ltd is a small business in Sheffield. We are seeking a purchase administrator to join our administration team. The role is based at our Sheffield S4 offices,

The role would suit an individual with the range of skills and a can-do attitude.

Reporting to General manager or substitute, you are to carry out the following duties:

- 2nd to answer telephones.
- Receiving, chase and booking in delivery notes.
- Inputting purchase invoices.
- Entering MISC costings to jobs.
- Checking supplier statements and following up missing invoices.
- Creating clock cards for shop floor.
- Imputing shopfloor hours to job and chasing missing cards.
- Imputing employees hours on to weekly timesheets to send to accounts for processing,
- Weekly labour analysis to send accounts monthly.
- Updating holiday planner and keeping an eye on holiday taken.
- Produce excel spreadsheets as required.
- Data entry.
- Assist to carry out annual stock checks and audits.
- Assist others with day to day running of the business.
- Arranging and ordering transport to dispatch or collect goods when required.
- Ordering materials for jobs and stock when required.
- Imputing stock to jobs when required.
- Filing

The title does not limit your duties and the Company may require you, from time to time to do any work within your capacity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,439.00-£24,500.00 per year
