**Accountabilities and Main Duties**:
Due to rapid growth and changes in structure to the business, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working Purchasing and Purchase Ledger Admin to join our busy Purchasing Department.

This role would suit an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation and communication skills who can work off their own initiative and manage their workload effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process kitlists and create purchase orders where required.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates and costs.
- Update purchase orders and transfers with delivery dates and any notes for the warehouse.
- Assist Contracts Managers with the creation of kitlists.
- Data entry to ensure all processes are followed with in the departments i.e entering returns on to the system, uploading documents to POs.
