**Job Summary**:
Local Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our co-living properties and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities and services at our properties, with a focus on creating a positive living experience for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **1. Administrative Engagement**_
- Carry out operational procedures set by city/regional manager to optimize efficiency and resident well-being
- Promote and protect the Harrington Housing brand
- Oversees different buildings in requiring mobility, with no permanent office.
- **2.**_ _**Resident Engagement**:_
- Ensuring that rooms and units are kept in a clean and deficiency free condition, taking steps to rectify if not so.
- Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Visiting properties and quality control of the apartments.

**3. **_**Property Management**_
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
- Relationships with management, landlords, and partner schools and crisis management.
- Develop and build positive relationships with residents, tenants, and guests.
- Communicate with reception services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation.
- Get involved in the building and refurbishment of residential accommodation.

**4. **_**Collaboration**_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of company strategies.
- Effective coordination and good communication with the booking, finance, support and legal departments.

5. _**Compliance and Safety**_
- Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
- Make sure adequate security for the building is provided.
- Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests, tenants, and residents.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
