We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Assurance Coordinator to join our team at CBRE Local UK. As a key member of our Risk and Assurance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our audit and assurance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Quality and Audit Manager in the upkeep of the annual audit schedule, ensuring timely updates from internal and external teams and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure preparation work is completed for internal and external audit visits, and escalate to senior management leaders as required.
- Monitor and report on internal and external audit findings, supporting the account in their closure and ensuring compliance with CBRE, customer, and legislative requirements.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, recording notes and actions, and ensuring accountability for each action.
- Provide analysis on audit finding trends to the Quality and Audit Manager, driving continual improvement across the account and facilitating changes or improvements to current policies, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with CBRE compliance through reviews and/or audits, ensuring adherence to policy and strategy across the account.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of Business Disruption events and act as a backup for the Risk and Assurance specialist.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data capture and management capabilities, improving accuracy of data and meeting business requirements.
- Support Risk register analysis and monitoring, producing regular detailed management information reports and analysis of findings.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business risks, developing insight and learning with the Quality and Audit Manager.
- Communicate updates and news from the Risk and Assurance team, promoting effective assurance communications.
- Support internal communications to engage with BT Account stakeholders, developing and promoting effective assurance communications.
- Actively support Risk & Assurance initiatives and campaigns, arranging and offering support to CBRE and Client teams in the delivery of Training support and coordination.
- Assist with the training matrix as required, acting as a point of contact for the Risk and Assurance team for the BT account.
- Collaborate with the wider Risk & Assurance Team to ensure we are meeting regulatory, ISO, and account requirements.
- Support the Risk Director and management team with general admin tasks.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Intermediate understanding of MS Office suite of programs.
- Understanding of risk management and controls.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation, good verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Able to take ownership of issues and resolve through to completion.
- Practical application of auditing (desirable).
- Good knowledge of MS SharePoint / Power Automate / Power BI / MSForms (desirable).
- Knowledge of ISO Management Standards including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, and ISO 9001 (desirable).
- Project management experience (desirable).
