About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Community Organising team at Amnesty International UK as a Local Groups Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the work of local groups and regional networks across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the campaign activities of local groups and regional networks, analysing impact and reporting progress.
  • Coordinating Check-ins: Coordinate regular check-ins with local groups and regional networks to ensure they have the resources they need to campaign effectively.
  • System Updates: Review and update internal systems to ensure local groups and regional networks have access to the resources they need.
  • Training and Guides: Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and planning packs to equip activists with the skills they need to campaign effectively.
Requirements
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Skilled in networking and building and maintaining relationships internally and externally, with a strong understanding of the role of activism in Amnesty International UK.
  • Communication and Data Management: Excellent communication and data management skills, with the ability to maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with activists.
  • Collaboration and Inclusion: Collaborative and inclusive, with a strong commitment to building and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
