Facilities Administrator Required - IMMEDIATE START
- 12 month fixed term contract
**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a well established Global Management Consultancy based in London.
As Facilities Administrator will support the Senior Facilities Officer to ensure the smooth running and upkeep of the London office. You will proactively work with internal staff and external suppliers to identify, address and correct any faults so that equipment and the fabric of the office is maintained to a high and safe standard.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Support with the on boarding process for the new joiners
- Maintain company Manual and key supplier list
- Arrange temporary access for contractors
- Cover Reception in periods of pressure / absence (sickness)
- Attend weekly meetings with the Senior Facilities Officer to cover all issues / concerns
- Responsible for assisting in the Senior Facilities Officer co-ordination of all accidents, emergencies and fire evacuation procedures and the fire marshals
- Ensure internal meeting rooms are presentable throughout the day
- Assist with daily floor inspections and associated remedial actions
- Tidying up the post and print rooms throughout the day
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Facilities Administrator will possess the following:
- Proven experience of operating in an office environment
- Administration of process and tasks
- A good understanding of health and safety requirements as it relates to emergency procedures, office moves and desk space
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple-tasks at the same time with appropriate prioritisation
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- The ability to be proactive and use initiative when required
**What's on Offer**:
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
- Full time office based role, Monday - Friday.
- Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm
