- ‘Being part of the pub services team will expand your knowledge of aspects around buying and contract management as well as gaining more commercial understanding of how we support our lessees and operators in Star Pubs and Bars’ _Fraser, Pub Services Specialist

**The Role**
The Pub Services team are responsible for managing over 50 suppliers’ contracts that support our Star Pubs and Bars Lessees to drive commercial benefits for the organisation. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many stakeholders. The team pride themselves in ensuring that SLAs are met and that they provide the best experience to everyone they interact with.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities:

- Coordinate and action various activities related to processing bills and data input using relevant systems - such as SAP for invoice reconciliation.
- Understand individual supply contracts and form valuable relationships with key suppliers
- Responsibility for providing reporting on services used and attend supplier review meetings.

**Who we’re looking for**
We’re looking for someone who can work in an environment with multiple activities on the go at one time, who can prioritise which work needs to be done first and who has an eye for detail and accuracy. There’s a need to have strong planning and organisational skills. We need someone who can take ownership and can learn quickly. We’re always looking for ways to do things better or to identify opportunities to reduce bad cost, so we are looking for someone with the ability to see the bigger picture and make improvements.

There’ll be a comprehensive training plan available therefore it’s the core skills listed above that we are essential, most other aspects will be learned and developed in role.
