Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for a Senior Administrator working within their Overpayments Team.

Role - Senior Administrator (Overpayments - Payroll)
Location - Hybrid working (Tuesday and Wednesday in city centre office)
Hours - 36 hours, Monday - Friday
Duration - 12 weeks initially with possible extension
Rate of pay - £14.26 per hour
Start date - asap

The successful applicant will be working alongside our client's established team supporting with the administration of overpayments. You will be carrying out, but not limited to, the following duties:
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Sending out letters
  • Liaising with colleagues in other teams and departments
  • Responding to email correspondence
  • Answering queries by phone, email and online
  • Providing guidance and advice
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Raising invoices
  • Any other tasks as required


You should have a proven track record in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
