Senior Administrator

£13 - £15 per hour + holiday pay

Based in West Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Available)


This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique team in a role that has a strong chance of becoming permanent.


  • Hours: Monday
  • Friday (9am 5pm)
  • Hybrid working
  • Immediate start date

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting administration including scheduling, preparing agendas and papers, recording action points and minutes, and managing followup actions
  • Supporting staff in preparing reports and papers
  • Diary and travel management for senior member of staff
  • Supporting with the administration of project finances
  • Developing and maintaining accurate filing systems
  • Ensuring smooth running of team mail system
  • Conduct ad hoc research
  • Producing documents and presentations when required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a Senior Administrative or PA position
  • Ability to take minutes and manage diaries effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Desirable:

  • Higher or Further Education experience
  • Experience working with multilocation teams
