This role is responsible for providing senior clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment within North Lanarkshire Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the coordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis and assisting in the supervision of a small team of administrative staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination and delegation of routine administrative tasks on a daily basis
- Assist in the supervision of a small team of administrative staff
- Provide senior clerical and administrative support to the work of the establishment
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Good knowledge of IT packages
- Relevant clerical experience
- Good organizational skills

- Ability to meet agreed deadlines

Desirable Qualifications
- SVQ Level 1 or equivalent
