Duties:

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar (Google Calendar as well as our bespoke new system)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your working area.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in an office or dental office is preferred, bonus if this was within property sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours;
Monday to Friday 9am-4pm

Working 2 Saturdays a month after training has been completed. These hours are 10am-2pm and when you work a Saturday you will get the following Monday off

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)
