We are currently looking for a Part Time/Full Time Administrative Assistant to join our Training centre Head Office at East London.

**Main Office Administrator responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls
- Enrolling new learner
- Provide course information over the phone
- Contact with the learner if needed
- Booking exam
- Enter learner information to the CRM
- Co-ordinate with our delivery partner/agents
- General administration of the office.
- Meetings organisation.
- Filing and ad hoc responsibilities.
- Order Office Supplies
- Health & Safety management and HR management.
- Handling of the daily post.
- Updating facebook marketing page
- Replenish office supplies
- Assist with submission of expense reports
- Assisting with the organisation on various events

Full training will be provided, someone who works previously in the education sector would an advantage.
