**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing company events.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
