Job Summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
