Job Summary:

Lancaster Associates is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Junior Administrative Assistant to join their Investment Banking division as a Team Assistant and train to become one of their top Administrative Support Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize international travel arrangements for clients and team members
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support the existing Administrative Support team in various administrative tasks
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Participate in divisional projects and contribute to the team's success

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong academic record
  • Approximately 6 months to 2 years of office-based work experience
  • Initiative, common sense, and energy to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
