About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Bankers Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team of Junior Bankers. This is a fast-paced and demanding role within a collaborative team environment, offering an excellent opportunity for those with a background in customer service or administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries and calendars for junior bankers, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Handle a high volume of calls and emails, providing timely and accurate responses to stakeholders
  • Book rooms for internal and external meetings, as well as video conferences across various locations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications, flight bookings, and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage expenses and invoices for the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling ad-hoc requests and providing coverage for colleagues' phone and holiday responsibilities
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Comfort in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Proactive approach to diary management and problem-solving
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
