**About the role**

MRI Plus is looking for a Clinic Administrator to assist their busy MRI scanning clinic in Hendon, North London. You will be a natural ambassador for the business who enjoys being in front of house and interacting with patients and staff. This role will involve a variety of clinical administrative tasks and basic customer services initiatives.

You will be a self-starter with bags of enthusiasm who is keen to develop and progress within a fast paced clinical department and business. You will need to come with ideas that will be listened to and be solution driven. This is a role for someone who can self-manage but who is also able to work collaboratively as part of a team and the wider business. We are looking for someone who is professional and disciplined who will maintain the credibility of the brand and centre.

**Day to Day Duties**
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- To welcome patients, referrers and visitors to the centre in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure that patient dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- To support patients and their relatives throughout their journey at MRI Plus, from referral to reporting.
- Collate and input patient data onto the in-house computer software.
- To answer telephone enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
- Arrange appointments for patients using SystmOne software.
- Checking MRI scan reports and sending these to Patients referrers.
- Prepare and maintain all patient records, both paper and electronic.
- Ensure all referral caseloads are followed up and online diary scheduling matches with appointment diary
- To scan patient records including all reports and correspondence.
- To produce and distribute satisfaction surveys charts and comments
- To participate in team meetings as required.
- To provide general administrative support.
- Assist in the orientation of new staff and provide support for other team members.
- To ensure that all MRI Plus policies are known, understood and implemented by all employees.
- To complete online mandatory training as dictated by MRI Plus
- To contribute to a relaxed, friendly and organised environment.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
