Receptionist/administrator

Central London. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our clinic based in Central London. As an Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, consultants and contractors for our private healthcare clinic.
You will be working 40 hours a week including weekends.
Your role will include;
- Dealing with patient queries and complaints in a calm and confident manner.
- Liaising with consultants and other members of staff/clinics to coordinate availability
- Maintaining accurate and reliable patient information
- Face to Face and Door to Door flyering
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following;
Essential
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent telephone manner
- A good level of IT literacy, including a solid understanding of MS Office
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Produce and present work legibly and accurately
- A polite, professional and approachable manner
Desirable
- Previously worked in the private healthcare sector
- 1+ years relevant experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
