**Job Specification**:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a supportive, high-achieving HR team, and be responsible for:

- Providing Administration Support to the HR Team across the full employee lifecycle, from managing the onboarding process for starters ensuring inductions are thorough and that each new joiner is set up for success to the exit process.
- Processing of leavers, including, responding to resignations, and ensuring relevant parties are notified.
- Monitoring and responding to HR queries in the HR inbox and collaborating with HR Generalist when required.
- Maintaining the HR database, ensuring employees data is accurate.
- Assist in the administration of the performance management and appraisal systems.
- Tracking employees’ visa requirements and updates, maintaining employee sponsorships and renewals.
- Payroll administration: recording payroll information accurately and in timely manner.
- To complete all delegated administrative tasks by the HR Generalist and HR Manager, ensuring full compliance.
- Any other duties consistent with successful administration of HR and payroll.

**Person specification**:
**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- 1-2 years previous Human Resources and Payroll experience.
- CIPD qualified desirable
- A meticulous and conscientious approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential data appropriately.
