We have an exciting opportunity for a Bulk Wine Supply Administrator** **to join our team based in Irlam, Manchester. This is a permanent part time position working 22.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm.

What does this corker of a job entail?
- Preparing paperwork for the following day’s deliveries and issuing to both tank rooms.
- Maintaining customer clearance and shipping information for deliveries on internal system
- Maintain KPI and error trap reports
- Ensure freight rates are correctly maintained within SAP
- Assist and provide cover for the Bulk Wine Supply Planner
- Assist and provide cover for the Bought in Finished Goods Planner

Key Ingredients
- This role requires excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills along with a high attention to detail.
- Competency in excel is essential
- Previous knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Experience in an FMCG environment would be advantageous
