**What does this corker of a job entail?**

This role is to join Ten Locks, a premium spirit business focusing on growing brand awareness and sales in the on and off trade. Ten Locks is the sister company to Kingsland Drinks who is a well-established premier independent UK supplier of Wine & Spirits specialising in providing a complete category solution.

The role of our Senior Administrator will be to support the Ten Locks Business and account team to help deliver the ABP targets and the commercial KPI’s for the year ahead whilst working closely with the Kingsland team to ensure clear communication, reporting, process, and systems.
- Deal promptly with any customer queries or requests, involving relevant personnel when required and follow up accordingly until the query / issue has been dealt with.
- Support the account & brand managers to prepare accurate reports as required weekly/periodically and by each specified customer channel in a timely manner.
- Support the Director when providing commercial input into supply chain meetings (e.g., forecasting meeting)
- Co-ordinate the implementation of price and inventory changes, including stock management and implementation dates both internally and with the customer.
- Help build up the efficiencies of Ten Locks by implementing processes, best practice and new ways of working.
- Co-ordinate the implementation of new product launches, re-work orders, product specifications, amendments to product packaging by liaising with the KDL product executive or from concept to launch and be involved in the internal processes to understand fully and manage.
- Working closely with finance to ensure Retro payments are recorded, tracked, checked, and finally paid. Responsible for raising any necessary PO’s.
- Responsible for checking the Ten Locks expenses and querying any anomalies prior to Finance receiving.
- Responsible for arranging, recording, and sending out all Ten Locks samples and event stock along with any POS and keeping up to date inventories.
- Represent the company at Trade events and fairs as and when required.
- Be the primary caretaker for the Customer when the Account Manager is out of the business.
- Be actively involved in with the preparation of annual plans and assisting the sales and marketing teams with joint business plans.
- Help support the set up and management of new accounts and customers working closely with SOP and Purchase Ledger.
- Have full working knowledge of retailer’s systems and supplier portals. For example, helping manage the Morrisons account via Express transit.
- Help organise and arrange (with help from the sales team) brand owner visits, travel, and accommodation. Help to arrange travel/accommodation for the sales team to lower expense costs.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers, including organising meetings and at times taking detailed minutes.

**Commercial planning at Ten Locks**
- Involvement with and develop knowledge of SAP.
- Involvement with finance and raising PO’s and allocating to individual Brand budgets. Calculating accruals and raising cost recoveries.
- Develop an awareness of Ten Locks brands production plans (e.g. Pod, Salford Rum) and feed into the contract pack team when we forecast to order next.
- Liaise with planning department, sales team, brand owners regarding any planning changes that are required due to potential out of stock using the RAG report.
- Have confidence to speak directly to customer contacts to ensure work is maintained and communication on key matters dealt with speedily and professionally.
- Become the point of contact to ensure uninterrupted levels of service, information, and service both internally and externally when account managers are unavailable or out of the office.
