The Product Artwork Executive will process effectively & timely on all product changes, launches and amendments for Kingsland’s portfolio by ensuring that all artwork and dry goods packaging changes are efficiently carried out and status is communicated internally. This role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis, dependent on current structures.

**What does this corker of a job entail?**
- Manage changes to all artwork to allow new and amended products to launch on time. This could be related to customer own label, exclusive brands, Kingsland brands and contract pack.
- Liaise with customers and printers if there are any necessary amends to labels. This could be a move to improve the quality of the label, a name change, an amend driven by the customer, new vintage approval, or a change to accommodate new labelling legislation.
- In addition to the above, manage the process for own label via the customer’s own label artwork systems and FTP sites. Ensure suppliers, sales team and customers are aware of capabilities and requirements.
- To keep the artwork tracker up to date with all required information to ensure all departments are aware of progress and any issues that will impact on production timings.
- The role involves attendance at relevant internal meetings such as the New Product Introduction meeting, production meeting and jointly running the daily Artwork Checking Meetings in conjunction with the other Product Executive.
- To ensure that relevant product information is entered into internal systems to ensure production have the required information and create production mock-ups for all new products.
- General office administration and Any other role relevant task/project as requested by the Product Manager - UK pack.
- Out of office visits
- very occasional travel to packing sites, customers, suppliers or printers may be required to aide understanding and resolve any issues.
- Packaging advice - whilst there is a Technical resource involved in the signing off process, the Artwork Assistant should keep abreast of any new laws that have been communicated and also maintain contact with the Wine Standards Board for information and advice.

Key Ingredients
- Minimum experience of two years in a key administrative co-ordination role in a demanding environment.
- Verbal and written European language skills advantageous, but not essential.
- Basic level WSET wine qualification an advantage, though not essential as training will be provided.
- Advanced level WSET wine qualification will be required once in post.
- Dealing and interacting efficiently and collaboratively with key stakeholders - internal staff and external parties (suppliers, customers etc).
- Used to working to tight deadlines and dealing efficiently with extremes in workload.
- Used to dealing with complex situations whilst keeping a clear head.
- Evidence of working with minimum supervision and involving others when necessary.
- Ideally used to working with supply chain processes and all incumbent issues.
- Previous packaging/supply chain/production experience would be an advantage.
