Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our partner network, driving sales through strategic alliances, and ensuring the achievement of our sales targets within the telecoms industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and sales strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular partner training sessions to keep partners informed about our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partner-driven sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
