You will be responsible for completing all administrative tasks supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the office. We are looking for a passionate and personable individual who is ready to get stuck in as a vital member of the team.

The role will include:

- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Updating and maintaining data, ensuring it is regularly checked and managed
- Preparing and issuing documentation
- Liaising with the sales team to update them regularly on the progress of transactions
- General office duties i.e., post, filing, ordering stationary

We are looking for:

- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills

Details:
Title: Administrator

**Salary**: £25,000-£27,500 +Company Bonus (OTE £30K)

Location: Ascot (Office based role, parking on site)

Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm)
