**A typical week**
One thing is for sure, no day will be the same. You’ll be juggling a lot of tasks at the same time in what can be a quite high-pressure environment, but it's always fun. That's why we need an amazing Office Coordinator with great energy who can just crack on and get stuff done. Today you might be trying to source some inflatable flamingos, updating our client database, ensuring the receipts are all entered into our accounts system, coming up with brilliant client pressies, sourcing items for bespoke hampers, researching hotels and destinations for events, booking flights, organising our storage, keeping our client's live inventory up to date, booking for us to all go out for a bit of a party. You'll be at the heart of everything
**We do need somebody who can work in school holidays and sometimes a bit later. This is an office based job because we'll need your help to ensure the office runs smoothly each and every day and that important deliveries are not missed.**
**Your main role will involve**:
- Administrative support for the event teams
- Administration support for Directors
- Responsible for Event Kit management - keep the Live Event Kit Inventory up to date and organise event kit in storage ensuring it's in good order and clearly marked up
- Responsible for dealing with Kit requests - liaise with client, book transport, prepare kit, create load list, ensure it's packed and then check back in
- Accounts admin: Entering receipts into DEXT for accounts, entering event costs in to event invoice tracker, trouble shooting
- Incentive Travel support: Booking flights, booking hotels, booking activities, putting Powerpoint presentations together
- General office admin and ad-hoc tasks: Ordering stationery and some items of event kit, making sure the office is always organised and tidy and fridge full, ordering client cards and pressies, organising client entertaining, ensuring holiday management is up to date, organising meetings and taking notes
You will have:
- Amazing organisation skills - we need an organisation guro
- Find working on multiple projects a walk in the park
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, up-beat attitude that wins smiles
- Be a tech savvy all-rounder - Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Canva and Xero along with social media would be amazing
- Ability to stay calm and not panic when under pressure
- A total detail freak
- Love being part of a smallish but rapidly expanding team
- It would be great if you've had experience of events too but it's not a deal breaker
- You will need a car and full UK drivers licence
**Benefits**:
