Storage Concepts Limited is a long-established family-owned business in Melton Mowbray. They are founded on family values with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Our business deals with commercial fitouts including racking, mezzanines, new offices, shops, and gym installation. In addition to this we also specialise in internal furnishings and general business items from our catalogues.

We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to support our administration team.
We are looking for someone proficient in Accounts Payable processes.
Systems we use are Workflow Max, Xero, Outlook, Excel and HMRC CIS Verifications.
Main duties to include:
Seeking Invoice authorisation
Invoice processing into our contracts system and accounting package
Track costs to estimate to identify complete contracts
Invoice query resolutions
Liaise with Sales Administrator regarding Sales Vs Payables
Raise payment runs per schedule, seek authorisation from Sales & Contracts
CIS responsibilities including verifying and reporting CIS transactions
Ensure invoices, statements and HMRC returns are filed in current system
Maintain Supplier records including payment terms, updating where necessary
Complete new supplier forms as required
Answer incoming calls as required
Ensure archives remain up to date
Reconciliation of supplier statements
To offer suggestions for improvement to current processes
We are looking for an individual who likes routine, with a keen eye to detail, with the ability to do simple maths, good time keeping and a friendly attitude.
