- Meet and greet customers on the reception desk
- Handle telephone enquiries and signpost to relevant department
- Handle ad hoc administration tasks including processes accounts documents
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms
- Input data onto the local system

**Skills & Experience***
- Previous customer service, receptionist or administration experience essential
- Ability to meet and greet customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to handle a varied workload
