**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**The role is multidisciplinary, and you will be involved in many areas of the company’s business.**
Essential Skills required:
- Solid, proven experience in administrative roles
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work independently as well as under direction.
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business and to external parties
- Proven track record in planning, organisation, and time management
- Confident working with senior management, clients, and customers & operational team
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Advantageous skills required:
- Knowledge/experience working in the wholesale trade
- Marketing Experience to help grow social media and MailChimp communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration support for the client services desk, sales team, and directors.
- Dealing with requests for information and sales administration for the office & Sales team ensuring that messages, leads, and inquiries are passed onto the relevant salesperson or help in completing data forms.
- Data inputting onto a range of portals, websites and excels programmes.
- Managing the correspondence between the Sales team and their clients.
- Monitoring customer accounts, such as raising orders on Sage 50.
- Liaising with the Logistics companies.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- PA Duties
The role will suit an individual who is looking for a varied job role within an established company to support the smooth operations of the office.

Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
