**Role Overview**

Our Lettings Coordinators are key members of our teams and ensure that our Landlords and Tenants get the very best customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to get an unparalleled insight into our business and industry with ongoing training and learning opportunities to keep you up to date on changing legislations and process.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with great attention to detail who can work effectively on their own and within a team. We want those with a can-do approach and someone who isn’t afraid to get involved in different projects. You will working closely with the Head of Lettings and our Negotiators and will swiftly become the go-to person within your teams. You will also join and be supported by a network of over 40 Lettings Coordinators nationally.

**Team Overview**

You will be working with the Lettings Department, based between two teams letting property across Harpenden, Rickmansworth and Northwood. The role will assist both Heads of Department and our Negotiators. Our teams rent a variety of properties - everything from modern town centre apartments, family houses and much larger country houses. Team work to deliver department business goals and ultimately provide an outstanding customer focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring compliance standards are maintained
- Sending out paperwork to Landlords
- Creating and updating property details on our systems
- Booking Photography, Floorplans, EPCs through our preferred suppliers and uploading these onto our system and website
- Creating office marketing materials e.g. window cards
- Preparing any marketing to promote the department to new clients, our properties and brand
- Meeting and greeting visitors to our offices and dealing with incoming enquiries
- Preparing for office audits (Internal and External)
- Working with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office
- Managing incoming invoices and arranging for payment
