Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team in Harpenden & Rickmansworth. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lettings team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating property details on our company systems
  • Booking photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers and uploading these onto our system and website
  • Creating office marketing materials, such as window cards
  • Preparing marketing materials to promote our department to new clients, properties, and brand
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Preparing for office audits (Internal and External)
  • Working with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office

Requirements:

  • Property administration experience
  • Strong administration skills and experience – essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence
