Location: Harpenden & Rickmansworth
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, pension, private health insurance after probation, life assurance, discount portal, and more.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team in Harpenden & Rickmansworth. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lettings team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating property details on our company systems
- Booking photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers and uploading these onto our system and website
- Creating office marketing materials, such as window cards
- Preparing marketing materials to promote our department to new clients, properties, and brand
- Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with incoming enquiries
- Preparing for office audits (Internal and External)
- Working with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office
Requirements:
- Property administration experience
- Strong administration skills and experience – essential
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Excellent telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence
