**Job Description for Lettings Coordinator at Property Personnel**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our lettings department, ensuring that all property details are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Creating and updating property details on our company systems
  • Booking photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers and uploading them onto the system and website
  • Creating office marketing materials, such as window cards
  • Preparing marketing materials to promote the department to new clients, properties, and brand
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Preparing for office audits (Internal and External)
  • Working with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office

**Requirements:**

  • Previous property administration experience
  • Strong administration skills and experience – essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence
