Job Title: Lettings Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that landlords and tenants receive exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Send out paperwork to landlords
  • Create and update property details on our company systems
  • Book photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers and upload them onto our system and website
  • Create office marketing materials, such as window cards
  • Prepare marketing materials to promote our department to new clients, properties, and brand
  • Meet and greet visitors and deal with incoming enquiries
  • Prepare for office audits (internal and external)
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office
  • Manage incoming invoices and arrange for payment

Requirements:

  • Have property administration experience
  • Strong administration skills and experience – essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiasm to do a good job
  • Live within an easy commute of both Harpenden and Rickmansworth
  • Full UK driving license
