Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that landlords and tenants receive exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and ensure compliance standards are maintained.
  • Property Management: Send out paperwork to landlords, create and update property details on our systems, and book photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers.
  • Marketing: Create office marketing materials, prepare marketing to promote the department to new clients, properties, and brand.
  • Administrative Support: Meet and greet visitors, deal with incoming enquiries, prepare for office audits, and manage incoming invoices and arrange for payment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Property administration experience and strong administration skills.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm to do a good job, confident in dealing with clients, and excellent telephone manner.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £28,000 to £29,000 per annum.
