Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings department, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and working closely with our team of property experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure compliance standards are maintained
- Send out paperwork to landlords and manage the onboarding process
- Create and update property details on our company systems
- Book photography, floorplans, and EPCs through preferred suppliers and upload them onto our system and website
- Develop and implement office marketing materials, such as window cards and promotional materials
- Prepare and coordinate marketing efforts to promote our department to new clients, properties, and brands
- Meet and greet visitors, handle incoming enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare for office audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider office
- Manage incoming invoices and arrange for payment
Requirements:
- Previous property administration experience
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in dealing with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiasm to do a good job and contribute to the success of our team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
