**What you will be doing**:
As Head of HR, you will act as the link between our people strategy and the business strategy and support our business acceleration by: shaping, driving and delivering the people and organisational agenda
- Support and influence organisation design and emerging organisational change issues such as aiming to make the organisation more inclusive and diverse;
- Own the delivery of the SSCL Defence and IT people and organisational agenda;
- Being a confidante and trusted adviser to the Defence Managing Director and the senior team.
- The successful applicant will require a sophisticated understanding of how to effectively navigate across a modern business support service organisation undergoing significant transformation, with high levels of employee engagement and customer intimacy.
- You will possess a demonstrable track record of working as a highly commercial senior HR business partner with executive leadership in the design and implementation of efficient and effective organisational design and organizational planning programs.
