**Job Purpose**

The Approved Training Partner Officer/Coordinator will be responsible for developing, managing and enhancing the Approved Training Partner scheme working alongside the Performance Enhancement team and our International partners.

The main responsibility will be to provide customer support and service to our network of Approved Training partners and Consultants

The primary responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

- **Customer service - **Driving and encourage excellent customer service, taking a lead initiating new processes and behaviour's in the team with regards to Training; Being the first point of contact for all existing and potential Partners and Consultants, providing timely, accurate information to support them in delivering training courses
- **Educate super user - **Act as a super user and provide input to the Performance Enhancement and IT Teams on all digital platforms to ensure we have an infrastructure suitable systems are in place for long terms business aims.
- **Admin Support - **Working with the Performance Enhancement team to monitor and report on all activity including courses, feedback, exams etc.
- **Financial reporting and invoicing - **Raising monthly customer orders relating to the fees charged to our ATP’s/Consultants; Working alongside the finance team regarding any customer/invoicing changes that are relevant to the invoicing process

**Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills**
- Experience in operational delivery and ability to recognise opportunities to streamline processes and delivery mechanisms
- Experience of managing Learning and Development teams and L&D best practice
- Familiar with quality management systems and internal procedure management
- Able to demonstrate experience of working for a member / club / training organisation

- A strong communicator, personable and approachable, with excellent customer service.
- Trusted and proactive team player, supporting team colleagues in driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and regionally with occasional international travel.
- Ability to communicate in one or more languages (other than English) would be desired

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
